Green Oaks Home Care was created out of love, compassion, and a deep respect for the elderly in our communities. Our journey began when we saw firsthand how many seniors were struggling to remain independent, comfortable, and safe in their own homes. Too often, families were forced to make difficult choices — not because they didn’t care, but because they didn’t have the right kind of support. We wanted to change that.
At Green Oaks, we believe that caring for others is more than a job — it’s a calling. We started this agency with a simple mission: to make sure every senior is treated with dignity, patience, and kindness. Our founders were raised to respect elders, to listen to their stories, and to give back to those who paved the way for us. Over the years, we watched too many seniors feel isolated, forgotten, or neglected. That’s what pushed us to act — to create something meaningful that would bring comfort, companionship, and consistency to those who need it most.
At Green Oaks, we proudly provide support to individuals ages 18 and older, offering compassionate, non-medical home care for adults at every stage of life who need extra help to remain safe and independent at home. Your Rights as a Consumer
1. Receive care in a safe, respectful, and professional environment. 2. Be treated with dignity, courtesy, and privacy at all times. 3. Participate in planning your care and to refuse or request changes to your services. 4. Receive a clear explanation of services, schedules, and costs before care begins. 5. Be informed of the names and qualifications of caregivers providing services. 6. Request replacement of a caregiver if you are dissatisfied with performance or compatibility. 7. Receive care without discrimination based on age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or source of payment. 8. Have your personal information kept confidential in accordance with state and federal privacy laws. 9. Be informed of how to file a complaint or grievance without fear of reprisal. 10. Expect courteous and timely communication from our staff.
Your Responsibilities
To help us provide the best possible care, clients or their representatives are asked to • Provide accurate health and service information. • Notify Green Oaks of any changes in condition, address, or emergency contacts. • Treat caregivers with courtesy and respect. • Provide a safe environment for care delivery. • Notify Green Oaks in advance if services need to be canceled or rescheduled.
